Order Processing & Domestic Shipping

Orders may take up to 7 days to process. Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in processing and shipping. If you have any questions, please email or message us at fiestamercantile@gmail.com. 

We ship domestically from different locations. Your item will always be carefully packaged.  We ship via USPS or UPS, and orders may take about 5-7 business days to arrive.  You will receive a tracking number when your item(s) ships.

Returns

All sales are final, that means no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you have questions about any item prior to purchasing, please email or message us at fiestamercantile@gmail.com. 
 

However, if you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
